Ihekweme Ruby, is an Economics graduate from the University of Lagos, A fellow of the Associate Accounting Technician and a Chartered Accountant. She is currently a Lead Data Analyst at Kinght and Bishop where she leverages data to support startups at entry and at scale, with a goal to drive startup growth. Ruby is an Educator and an advocate of SDG 4 of which she founded Digitaley Drive in 2022. Since its inception, Digitaley Drive has made a profound impact, equipping over 18,000 with essential tech skills, and at large promoting technology focused/AI powered learning across Africa. In promoting (SDG 5) and furthering women's empowerment initiatives established through Digitaley Drive, she founded grow4her. This impactful program has empowered over 5,000 women to date. Her dedication to women's empowerment and the success of her programs have garnered recognition across Africa, with features in The Guardian Nigeria, SuperFM, and Unilag National Channel.
